Hopeful Spirit

Thanks so much for participating in The Seventh Day blog carnival this week! What a wonderful addition to the carnival this post is! I love the way you have looked at this scripture, esp. this passage: "God has created you and blessed you. He has empowered you to have a wonderful influence in this world. How do you do that? You don't have to 'do something' or 'be somebody.' Just be you."

Hope you will participate again in the future! :-)

I've always like the image of God knitting us together. One thing that you left out of your description of knitting is that it is intentional. You have to count and plan to make your project come out the way you want it.

Likewise, God created each of us intentionally.

Sunny - You're absolutely right, and that is a very important note about knitting that I missed. Thanks for taking the time to read and share with us.
